PLAYER OF THE MONTH SEPTEMBER 2007

Winger Victor Carvalho

Punjab United are pleased to announce Winger Victor Carvalho as the Player of the month for September 2007.

Victor has played in both left and right wing positions as well as playing as a lone striker this season.

His professionalism and willingness in which he has missed just one training session has seen him establish himself in a superb squad of players to hold his place amongst the squad.

Victor scored the second in the 7-0 romp versus Wilbarston.

He came off the bench to play up front and score in the 5-2 win versus Islip Utd.

Finally he hit a brilliant solo effort in the 7-1 victory over Gretton when beating three men and smashing the ball into the top corner.
